📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

🗺️ Delivery in Slovenia

We deliver throughout Slovenia.

Average delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery is handled by our logistics partner, GLS.

Shipping cost: €4.80

✈️ International Shipping

Currently, we also ship to selected EU countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

🚫 Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or if the package cannot be collected, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
