Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
Complete the form below and send it to us by email at info@zaneactive.com or by post to our address. Return the goods no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided we have already received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
