Refund policy

Details and Terms:

⏱️ Deadline: 14 days from the day the buyer receives the product.

📝 Contract Withdrawal: The buyer must notify the seller in writing (e-mail, form, etc.) within 14 days if they wish to withdraw from the contract.

🔁 Return Conditions: The item must be undamaged and unworn, in its original condition with tags attached, and unwashed. The buyer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective.

💰 Refund: The seller must refund the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, once the returned item is received.

❌ Exceptions – When Returns Are Not Possible: If the product is sealed for hygiene reasons and the seal has been opened (e.g., underwear).
