Refund policy

Details and Terms:

⏱️ Deadline:

14 days from the day the buyer receives the product.

📝 Contract Withdrawal:

The buyer must notify the seller in writing (e-mail, form, etc.) within 14 days if they wish to withdraw from the contract.

🔁 Return Conditions:

The item must be undamaged, unwashed and in its original condition with all attached tags. The item must not have been used or worn in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The return must be sent using a shipping service that provides tracking and proof of dispatch and delivery. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt, as it can serve as proof that the item was returned within the required time frame in the event that the parcel is lost.

💰 Refund:

The seller must refund the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, once the returned item is received.

❌ Exceptions – When Returns Are Not Possible:

If the product is sealed for hygiene reasons and the seal has been opened (e.g., underwear).
