This is something every girl should hear.
I often get asked: “Where do you get your motivation from?”
And the truth is very different from what most people think:
👉 motivation is temporary. It comes… and it goes.
And if you wait for it to go to the gym – honestly?
Most days, you won’t go anywhere.
Now, honestly:
it’s hard for me too.
Yes, I also have days when I don’t feel like it.
When I’d rather stay at home.
When I look for excuses.
And you know what?
For a long time, I thought others were just more disciplined. More “fit”. More motivated.
But they’re not.
The only difference is this:
👉 they go anyway.
I go too.
Not because I feel like it.
But because I know what comes after.
And then that moment comes…
👉 I step into the gym… and everything changes.
Suddenly I have energy.
Focus.
Strength.
And nothing feels hard anymore.
That’s why I’m writing this today too, so you know:
👉 you’re not alone.
If you don’t feel like it – it’s normal.
If you have to “force” yourself – it’s normal.
If you sometimes doubt yourself – it’s normal.

I don’t wait to feel ready.
I go – and I become ready.
Discipline always beats motivation.
